I have a problem now that every arrow takes a large arc and basically hits every foe on their toes. I had this happen randomly previously since game was released but only about 1 out of 20 arrows. Since Dragonborn, every arrow arcs terribly regardless of distance to the point it looks like my character has the strength of a 4 year old. I was getting really pissed and since encountering the rieklings and seeing their spears that they throw; my arrows now do the exact same thing. I appear to have the strength of a riekling now. So much for being an archer now; I hit a foe 10 feet in front of me on their ankles. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

Just to confirm, this is occurring for you with a fully drawn bow, i.e. you hold down the trigger for several seconds to fully draw back the bow, and then release the trigger, and then the arrow falls short each time?

Out of curiosity, do you also have Dawnguard? If so, does this happen with the crossbows? It will be interesting to see if it does, because crossbows don't need drawing back like bows do. And if crossbow bolts also fall short, then you could have found a bug that occurs with all ranged weapons.
