Edit: Just realized the title's wrong. It should be "abode" not "adobe". I swear I'm not dyslexic.

Ok. I can't decide on whether I should build a house in the Pale or in Hjaalmarch. Both are memorable spots for my Listener. Why don't I want both? Well I'm too lazy to build two houses.

There's also a few reasons why I don't want to build in one hold or the other:
-I don't like Skald for one(inb4 civil war), and Morthal isn't much bigger than Riverwood
-I also don't like either favor quests for the jarls. I've either done them too many times or just flat out hate them.
-The Pale is a nice, cold place for my Nord assassin. He feels kind of at home.
-The Dawnstar Sanctuary is, well, in Dawnstar.
-The swamps of Morthal are gloomy and perfect for an assassin. It sets the mood for eerie things.
-The house's location is a stone's throw away from where I killed the Emperor.

If anyone can help me choose, I'd be grateful c:
