Does it stack linearly? ie. say you get all perks in the alteration tree

Does that mean you absorb 30% and mitigate 30%? So in the end you take 40% magic damage?

So If I were to get the Atronarch stone as well as the whole Alteration tree, I'd take 0 damage from magic?
