[Problem] Attack animations not lining upcrazy fast attacks

Lately I have been having a few rather large problems that seem connected.

The first one I noticed was that when NPC's were talking they would randomly cut off words and skip randomly. I didn't think it was a big deal and so I ignored it.

The second one is pretty gamebreaking. Anyone who fights with melee has crazy attacks. The damage I take doesn't line up with the animations of the attacker at all, and most of the time I get attacked at impossibly fast rates, sometimes I get hit a full 3 or 4 times just during one attack animation... or during no attack animation at all. I've taken a few videos of my problem below, because it is a rather difficult problem to describe through texts.

The third and least annoying problem is that while riding a horse, if I try to attack, my character randomly appears standing on the horse with arms out like a cross.

?aannnnndddd the fourth problem is that sometimes creatures don't have any animations at all. Horses, deer, and other roaming animals will just randomly float around without moving their legs whatsoever

Anyway, does anyone know which mod in my load order (Posted below) may be causing these bugs? They seem to be connected, as they all have to do with animations malfunctioning. I would hate to have to retire this character, I was really getting into her RP and got a lot of stuff done.

Sounds like animation issues. Not knowing most of those mods, I'd be most inclined to blame 'realistic ragdoll force'.

Dialogue missing is caused by using the 1.0 version of the USKP with the 1.6 version of Skyrim.
