I've got the first rank of Augmented Shock (25% more damage with shock spells). It works well on Sparks and Lightning Bolt, but Chain Lightning and Shock Rune still have base damage. What gives?

Edit: Looks like Shock Cloak is also missing the bonus. Perhaps it only works on spells you own when you first get the perk. Sounds like a bug.
