I just downloaded Dawnguard a few days ago. Being an avid Elder Scrolls fan, it was bound to happen.

Anyway, I started taking up archery because two-handed and one-handed are maxed and I've noticed that everytime I cast aura whisper it gives me progress toward my werewolf perks saying "heart consumed."

Was wondering if this was noticed before. Kind of caught me off guard and at first I thought it didn't mean anything, as if the game was acting up. But behold it gave me a perk increase toward it.

Anyone else notice this?

Well its not on the usep or the wiki yet, so I'm guessing no.

Xbox 360 version, if that's of any consolation.

I just realized there was an edit post button as I clicked this link. I'm used to the Tom's Hardware forums where, for some off reason, you can't edit a post.

Hmm... Feels kind of good to have found a glitch in the game. Hopefully patched soon considering this is the only reason I've started using the werewolf transformation more but it's cool nonetheless that I've actually found something like this and, as it seems, the first to report it.

It seems to only work when there are enemies nearby that can be detected. I've tried a few different methods but it seems to only be on the Xbox 360 version. Either way, Shouting "Aura Whisper" when there are enemies nearby and having stuck with the Werewolf perk causes you to gain experience as a Werewolf without actually being a werewolf.
