Hey, I've noticed that if I use this bow on undead there's a cool aoe blast effect but I couldn't find details on the bonus damage afflicted or any other details on using auriel's bow regularly,

Does anyone know more of this?

If you use sunhallowed enchanted arrows then yes there is-did you not get some enchanted?

Sun damage, similar to fire damage in stats, and your AoE effects are the sunhallowed arrows exploding.

yes, so on auriel's bow it says "extra 20 damage to undead" and on sunhallowed elven arrows it says "sun damage when shot at the sun" but no word on the damage and AOE effect when shot regularly,
anyways i noticed one more thing tho, if i use other arrows with auriel's bow then it has a totally different effect, one without AOE just fuse burn in white on undead, good for sneak, since the AOE arrows break the sneak (but stagger very frequently)

i must say this is a huge eye candy and good for RP holy hunter type of chars.

You're reading that wrong. It is 20 points sun damage, 3x damage to the undead. That means everyone recieves a minimum of 20 points damage from the enchantment, the undead recieve 60 points damage. A very powerful bow against undead.

Auriels bow keeps failing to block the sun out long enough. It just goes back to the sun after 30 seconds.

Yeah, but that's the thing that doesn't really matter (of course i expected longer duration but) because simply using it in draugr dungeons is OP as it is.
