After this new update, my FPS took a dive and I'm now experiencing nearly constant bad stuttering.

Before the new patch I was getting constant 60FPS and it ran great. Now I'm getting 20-40FPS. What happened?

EDIT: I've also noticed that my CPU/GPU usage has changed.

Before patch -> 90-100% CPU usage, 40-50% GPU usage
After patch ---> 70-90% CPU usage, 25-45% GPU usage

Might as well give this a go - try doing the atioglxx.dll fix.

Thanks but it didn't work. I did however, get my FPS back up by using KillerSneak's CFG maker.

I don't run any cfg file at all, Catalyst defaults and it runs very well. I didn't measure the FPS tho.

I have an ATI 5870 11.10 P2 and the Latest Rage update

the game is 60FPS now.

This update does not like the same “Rageconfig.cfg” settings we have before !

Remove the “Rageconfig.cfg” and test it again. :
