It really does.

Its rate of fire makes up for it (especially with extended mag 40 bullet capacity)
Now if only the Feline had less rate of fire... I wonder...

I have silencer, extended mags and on my bad connection its a little lack luster, if you stand off with a feline your done. For a little gun that puts out almost same rate of fire, just wish it packed a bigger punch.

no it doesn't. if anything it's a little op for a secondary, lol.

If it was any more powerful I would use it as my primary.

Majestic is the gun for me, 1 shot kill in the back of a stealther.

How about compare a secondary to secondsarys rather than primarys?

IF you want beef use the majestic and its a machine pistol........expect it to be weak for balance reasons.

To be a balanced game, you can easily kill someone with a secondary, that is balanced just because its smaller, and maybe a smaller cailber shouldn't make it anymore none lethal, that is un-balanced! The best shooters i've played you wouldn't find this experiance, 20 rounds out in like 1 second so if I start firing at you first vs a feline you will still win. That is unbalanced, every shooter should be about who shoots first gets the kill. MOH, BF:Bad Company, Halo Reach Magnum... it needs to be just as lethal to me.
