I can't give the star to azura because the woman their just says she will commune with azura then walks down the stairs and just waits...now i know why some nords hate DUMmer.

Hmm never heard of that bug before but....

If you are not roleplaying I recommend you just give the star to the elf in winterhold that version of the star is much more useful imo.

What does your journal say to do?
