Back in Skyrim, need insighthelp(PC)

So I recently decided to come back to Skyrim and will definitely be making a new character. But before doing so, I have a question. After creating this new character, is there a way I can complete all the 'Dragonborn' quests (main storyline) and eliminate all the flying dragons from the get-go? Like a mod or console command that actually works? I really do not feel like doing the main quest again, let alone dealing with annoying dragons again, I prefer a game with none of that (because I have done it all before and thought it was the worst part of the game tbh).

Also, any mods that can be recommended that add to the game? Like the old OOO, MMM, Franciscos etc that were used in Oblivion that really revamped and polished the game up more. I will be getting Dawnguard so that will be some nice new content...

Any thoughts, insight or mods for recommendation would be appreciated, thanks.

I have been looking for a Dragon Elimination Mod and no one has cooked one up yet, at least one that does not cause other problems. Even if you finish the MQ, you still get dragon attacks.

However, if you never start the MQ, then you never see the dragons. In fact, you can start the MQ and go up to a certain point and not ever see the dragons. The only problem with this is the Jarl of Whiterun may trigger the Dragon appearences if you speak to him at the wrong time. I think it is possible to do what you need to do in Whiterun, and avoid the Jarl. Unless you want the house, but there may be a way to get past that too.

I have 4 characters who have not started the MQ and probably never will. However, they have all avoided the Keep in Whiterun.

It's also worth adding that if you intend to do the imperial legion or the stormcloaks, that's a no go. You'll be forced into the main quest and forced to get the dragonstone, and kill the dragon at the tower not far from Whiterun, hence starting the spawn of dragons.
