I've noticed that there is no animation for the horse to walk backwards. When you try, it simply turns around and walks the other way... This seems like a normal thing to include, as even Oblivion had it. Also, the swimming animation doesn't change when your character moves backwards in water. Lastly, when dual-wielding weapons (in the third-person perspective), if you sheathe your weapon, only the primary weapon will actually be sheathed, while the off-hand weapon disappears. Oh, and jumping: Standing still animation looks fine, but perhaps a different one should have been used for long-jumping or while moving.
