Bad Company 2 problem

Have had Bad Company 2 since release and never had a problem. I left it about 5 months ago and hadn't come back to it. Decided to play it again today and when it started up an error came up saying "Failed to load config". Any idea how to fix it cause the game won't start :(

Hm...dont know this Error....

Perhaps Game got patched since ur las play?

Did u start Game with BFBC2Updater.exe to make sure that it got patched if some available?
