Bad framerate

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 1:56 am

My computer exceeds the minimum requirement but I'm stuck around 10-20 fps? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Radeon HD6800. Can this really be another driver issue like what happened with the Rage release...

Aye, i have the same Problem. The latest drivers are installed, DirectX update also.

We saw this as a result of having multiple consecutive driver installations. You can resolve this issue by wiping the drivers completely and installing the latest driver again.

So can we get another solution or is that all you're going to give us.

i would try a clean install of video drivers and run a benchmark use com_allowconsole "1" to unlock console
in console type timedemo demo1 usedemocache1 post results of the benchmark

dont own bfg yet so not sure if the benchmarking tool is still there but this will give us a result how bad your fps really is!

I have the same framerate problem. The game is not playable. This is unacceptable. I by far excede the minimum, and am comfortably above recomended.

I did my best to be positive about RAGE, as it runs well for me, even though a lot of players had terrible issues with it. But seriously id...what's going on over there?

Please excuse my rant..LOL

After cleaning out my old drivers, and reinstalling the new ones it runs smooth as butter now.
