So I buy this property on the coast with a nice view of Solitude. I pass a burial crypt on the way and notice that there is another one on the other side of the property. I find two double dead draugrs between the firewood pile and the workbench. While looting them I wonder if this is an omen of some kind or perhaps a welcome to neighborhood greeting. There are camps for the Imperials and Stomcloaks nearby, maybe they dropped them off?

Same thing happened to me when I purchased the house. Apparently a random event there is draugr attacks, but they spawn dead sometimes.

Same, although im not sure if they spawned dead or my steward killed them.

I've had that happen multiple times, except they are all dead. Well I mean dead dead.

I don't think random attacks can happen when you aren't around or haven't loaded into that cell. Think they are just bugged out and spawn wrong, unless Valdimar got bored and dragged those home.
