Thankfully all gamers aren't like him and wouldn't do this to their kid. Hopefully there is a nice cold, dark, deep prison cell waiting for him.
That's terrible. You know what I do when I'm watching my two year old?
I watch my daughter and play with her. We build houses with Legos, we play with her dolls and pretend the Hess fire truck is a puppy and take it for walks. The video games will be there on the weekend when I have time to game and my wife is home. That guy is an A-hole.
Yeah, stories like these pop up occasionally. I'm normally not too bothered by them except when someone comes along and says, "The video game did it!" when the guy's clearly just an irresponsible and abusive parent.

If a person is going to dedicate their lives to just playing video games then they really don't need to have have children. I think the mother should also be arrested for not untieing her daughter as well and if I was her friend----we wouldn't be friends for very long after that inccodent.
