I just got the game from GoG and I installed the unofficial patch from the GoG forums, it helped a bit but the game is still jittery. Any other fixes for it? Im running it on a Radeon HD 6950 2gb, AMD Phenom II X4 3.6ghz

The GoG version should have been patched to v1.21 (official) which supports Win7, and I'm unaware of any unofficial patches. Could you provide a link to this patch?

In the mean time, try [Enable Rendering Fix] option in the video settings.

I might reply late, but there is a way to solve this problem. Here is what you can do:
1. Run DirectX Driver Tool - DXTOOL.exe. http://www.4shared.com/file/V4rJo-fz/dxtool.html
2. Uncheck "Use Direct3D Hardware Acceleration" checkbox.
3. Check "Use DirectDraw Hardware Acceleration" chechbox.
4. Press OK and run the game.
