yes, now most people think that a headshot is good right? well yes it can but unfortunaltly some people can get rediculous headshots from out of nowhere. i was playing on multiplayer tdm on terminal, and right when i spawned for the first time i was immediatly killed.... what the heck, i watched the kill cam and found the other guy just spawned and decided to shot randomly and got a headshot on me......
im not saying its bad, im just saying that the likley hood to get a head shot is too high. headshots should be earned, not given.

I know, they have no skill in the game they just some how do it! its somewhat crazy.

The rifles in this game avg around 30dmg a bullet or so depending on range. So headshots do about 70 or so dmg. Figuring in that armor mode reduces dmg to 65% it still takes 2-3 headshots to get a kill. Since it takes 5-7 to the body I think the headshot multiplier is perfect in crysis.
If you shoot an armored opponent at point blank range with a feline it still takes four headshots to kill them.

ok, thats not been what ive seen ( not saying your wrong) but it just seems that it really takes only one shot to get a headshot. trust me when i say it happens alot. way too much in fact.

It takes 2 shots at least. Most weapons shoot pretty fast, so it can seem like its one bullet.

Everytime I've been head shot, and had the bullet-time head shot replay it has been by someone spamming the **** out of a M22, and distance doesn;t seem to play a part either, in one game the same guy got me twice that way, once from across the stage just spraying into a group of people, and the second time he turned the corner and unloaded on me close range, while I was in armour mode, and got one.

I especially like the ones were I appareantly walked into the bullet, Yeah right buddy.

I was killed by a guy who **** his pants when I walked round the corner and panic fired a curved happy smile pattern underneath my feet. None of the bullets hit me, but that didnt stop him getting a 'headshot' ?.?

I wish this game had theatre mode.. it would've been classic footage.

In a recent match, it was 49 to 49 and I had died at 47. So when I spawned, I walked two steps in my spawn, then I died. The winning kill cam? The guy was spinning wildly when he fired the Hammer once, flew across the map and landed right in the middle of my head. And yes, armor mode was on. I hate City Hall.

go to service record, under the first section, it will show the number of headshots you made..

mine is at around 700 headshots for a total of 1000 kills..

i am assuming this counts any headshots you make and not the final headshot.. even then the % is still high..

........... it just svcks how likly you are to be killed by a random bullet. a guy was just fricken spraying me with bullets from across the map and he gets a headshot. that is just stupid.
