I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but whenever I go upstairs in the bards college and go to the room on the right every time I go in that room everyone in the building says something all at the same time. Its happened every time I go in there even after restarting the game or leaving the building. Every time I go in there everyone in the bards college just goes on and starts chatting. No one is in the room but me but I hear people in the bedrooms below me and people over in the library area.
