So I went and found that lost verse that Viorna needed to convince the jarhl of Solitude to let the effigy burning festival continue, So Viorna tells me to speak to Jorn so to start the festival but when Jorn says come back after dusk, I only get ' the festival is back on ' option and nothing else. Is there some kind of work around at all ?
