I just stumbled upon the Bards College in Solitude and i'm in awe! What a treat! Place looks stunning and the quests are so much fun. Things like this is what TES is all about

It's the perfect place for my bard character. There's only one major quest and three radiant ones, but it's a very nice little touch.

I found after an interesting start, it sort of just fizzled out.

I think if I had stumbled onto it like the OP, or only found out about it from Adonato (sp?), it might have been more impressive. But hearing about it from a dozen different people telling me to check out the Bard's College was a bit much build-up for what it turned out to be.

Still a cool place, though, and I like some of the characters there. This time around, one of the members hired me to assault another member. That was funny. It was worth the bounty just to enjoy the diva drama.

I've still yet to do the Bards college quests. Are they truly worth it?

The whole BC questline is a small and simple diversion. Worth it? Impossible to say for another.

Mostly RP-wise. If you're playing a bard or minstrel character, that is.
