What's the base damage of Miraak's Sword? According to http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Miraak%27s_Sword, it's the highest base damage of any sword in the game, but they do not list it.

If it is indeed better than the Dragonbone Sword, I have yet to see this be true. My Legendary Dragon Sword still beats my Legendary Miraak's Sword by about a dozen points of damage.

So I'm just wondering if it is indeed possible for Miraak's Sword to surpass the Dragonbone Sword or not?

P.S.: Can you enchant the sword to have a different enchantment as well?

It's equal to Daedric. I think the Visage of Mzund helm is actually stronger than Daedric iirc.

Miraak's sword is baws.

It says base damage. The amount of damage done with tempering depends on your perks and smithing skills.

From UESP wiki

"The Dawnguard plug-in also adds the ability to create the even stronger Dragonbone weapons, provided the respective perk is purchased."

So unless there is perk to improve daedric smithing beyond the vanilla smithing perk, your dragonebone weapons will always be tempered at a higher level than daedric, so it will never be a fair comparison.

What you need to do is see the difference between two item at it's lowest level without any tempering.

Sorry to come in here and ask another question but I didn't see the point to create a new thread only for this. So my question is: Is Miraak's sword leveled or does it scale with your level?

Leveled as far as anyone knows.

Not as good as my dragon bone sword I tell ya whut. My dragobone sword was smithed with a propane burning forge, can't say the same for miraak though.
