sorry to be a numpty,but just played the first game.i thought it was a good game.as the second game is just about to come out (is it october 18th in uk?) am very looking forward to being able to explore the whole city.hence my question.will i be able to go where i want (and not just have to follow the main story if i don't want to).the thoughts of being able to just go where i want as batman,fantastic :thumbsup: :biggrin: p.s will be buying the game anyway,as i'm pretty certain it will be a great game :batman:

Can you free roam an open world in the 1st one? I never even got the 1st one but one can only be curious about a game that is so highly praised.......... and now in bargain bins... >_>

Sort of, at certain points in the story you'll have access to different areas of the Asylum, and towards the end you'll have free run of pretty much the whole place, but I wouldn't call it free roam in the same way as GTA or Assassin's Creed. It's more along the lines of the Metroid games.
