Anyone figure out what Bats, outside of the Vampire Lord form, does? I was under the impression it was a dodge ability but it just seems to surround me with bats for a moment.

Is vampiric drain buffed? Anything? What changes were made (yes stage 4 u don't get attacked fantastic) I want some tech info, talk to me son!

No, you don't get all VL abilities, I'll I've noticed so far is bats. I don't think vampiric drain is buffed. Yes, in stage 4 you are no longer attacked on site, just in VL form. Vampire's Seduction also has some pretty cool uses now, but I'll let you experience that.

No VL powers at all in "human" form. Very disappointing.

I am unable to use bats outside of VL.

Ok so when you feed do you go back to stage 1 vampirism like vanilla?
