So I find this Orchish battle axe in Fort Amol and it's 60 damage when I take it and use it.
I go back to store it in my house and the damage rating is now 50. Is this a bug or something odd about the game I haven't picked up on yet? And I am on 1.7 for PS3.

When equipping weapons or armor, the value increases if you have the right perks. When unequipped your perks are no longer in effect.

But the rating was 60 when it was in a chest when I found it. The game adds a damage rating before you even take it based on your perks?
