I've got a weird glitch with bears... this isn't my video, but I'm having the same glitch.

It's... kind of terrifying. Why on earth is this happening?

Are you sure you didn't kill and stuff the bears before attacking them? Maybe injecting them with some sort of aneasthetic?

But seriously... is this a problem with all bears throughout the game, in all regions?
Is it just bears?

My glitched bears were in and around Honeystrand cave, near Ivarstead. I just walked around for a while and found another bear which was animated fine. So I went back to the glitched one which had died in the standing pose, and while I was away it had collapsed normally and was lootable.

I fought a few other things and they were fine... so hopefully this isn't a game-wide thing for me, and just a one-off! Still not happy though.

Odd physics from time to time has always been a feature of this game engine, leaving and re-entering a call or a reload of a save will usually reset these types of glitch.

It looks like that mod that changes giant spiders into bears for people who are extremely arachnophobic... only it's still a bear, not just wearing a bear skin. Weird.
