Recently I was struck by nostalgia and remembered my characters from old MMOs. One class I was especially fond of were those that were able to tame and train animals for combat, like a falconer. I'd loosely sum them up as beastmasters.

Now, there is no actual precedence for such a combat style in TES. Although you can have a dog (or, with Dawnguard, troll) companion in Skyrim, usually, when you have something else fight for you, it's a summon of some kind. I'm unsure if there are any references in the lore to people using animals for combat, though.

Do you think such a class would have a place in ESO, and would you play it?

Well, we already know that we'll be able to use pets of some kind through the perk system.

No specific details about it yet though.
So no idea if it's connected to a certain class, is it a permanent pet, etc.
