Playing through on my lvl 1 high elf mage and i went over to the mine located on your way to riverwood and have looted several chests, all which had 4-5 enchanted weapons and gear. Also out of the 6 bandits ive killed so far 4 of them were wearing enchanted neck/rings. If i remember correctly as i was taking my nord assassin to 50. I didnt even start to get enchanted gear until around lvl 15. Aside from mage robes and staffs. So any idea why i already have 2000 gold worth of enchanted items 10 mins into the game?

loot is randomly determined. simple as that.

It's random. I got much better loot on my first character than my second one.

Oh, it's probably a bug.
