When I won Wolfenstien, I got to put pumpkin heads on everyone and got all the good weapons and powers right off the bat. So now that I beat Rage where's all that stuff at? I'd like to try to assemble all the stuff on the skematic plans and dig a little deeper around the Rage world.

Unfortunately you're gonna need to start a new game chap. Certain aspects of the game get shut off to the player after a certain point. i.e. being unable to drive around towards the end of the game...
