Here's the thing- I don't mind getting quests from those that are supposed to be working for me, whether I'm Harbinger, Arch-Mage, Leader of the Thieves Guild, or Listener, but what would have been nice and perhaps help identify that you are a leader is occasionally have one of your underlings ask you for advice.

I write this, thinking about when we first join the Companions and we see


and thinking to myself, that would be nice to have happen.

A few tweeks here and there are welcome.

For instance, in the thieves guild...
Instead of Devlin and Vex being kinda snotty about handing out jobs, how about a little respect? Would having them redo a little dialogue to reflect that be too much?
"Hey boss, some jobs have come in, and they require that certain...touch...if you know what I mean..." Something like that.

I would just like Dirge to stop saying, "You might be buds with the guild master but I'll still bash your head in if you try anything!" after I'm the guild master.....

Aela also asks if you have any guidance for her, just about any time you initiate conversation with her. But all you really get is "Follow me".
