So I finally was able to romance Cait. I bought the house in Diamond City and have fixed it up nice. For some reason it wont let me sleep in the bed WITH Cait. After she lays on the bed I try to "sleep" and it says the bed is already in use and I cant. But if I take her to the Hotel Rexford in Good Neighbor we can both sleep in the same bed in the rented room. I'm thinking the bed in Home Plate is not large enough for the game to allow us both. Problem is none of the craftable beds seem any larger. Of course you still get the Lover's Embrace perk if she is IN THE HOUSE....but still. They should add a larger bed to the crafting station.

don't use the bed, command her to it, you'll both be using it then (IF she is your romance at that point)

I know you still get the bonus but you can't visually lie with her in that bed like you can at the hotel. Seems wrong as that is a BIG house!

I had to dismiss her for a couple days then go back and she had the romance option pretty quick.

I have noticed the lack of a double or large sized bed. I can sleep on a single bed and my lover will wake up from the bed after sleep time is over, but I'm never actually in the bed with her.

But seriously, why no double bed?

You need her to be standing than you go in the bed and it counts as you both in it.

How do you think relationships start?

With booze of course.

OK, that might not always be true, but she does like it when you drink.

I know that....as I said at the Hotel you can actually see both character models together on the bed....but NOT at home.

Someone will make a mod for this just like the one for Skyrim.
