The longer its left the better it should be, is a year enough bearing in mind what they have already released?

Dawnguard and Hearthfire were real DLCs and I enjoyed them both thoroughly.

I think Dragonborn is gonna be nuts because I think they've been planning this DLC since the making of the game itself. Be patient.

If the next DLC *IS* Solstheim, then it will be, I'm betting.

You'd have to think so.. the Red Year set this up perfectly, Hermaeus Mora's quest is part of the main-quest and he really wants you to be his champion, plus flying codes were found in the vanilla game.. they've been thinking about this one for a while now.

I thought Dawnguard and Hearthfire were pretty good. One of Dawnguard's side quests was one of the best quests in the game IMO.

I can't wait for the next DLC though, I hope it is the epic "Shivering Isles of Skyrim" expansion everybody wants.

I agree.
I was especially impressed with Dawnguard and I wouldnt want to play Skyrim anymore without the features both DLC's added.
For example, smithable dragon weapons and arrows are just really handy and I love that with Hearthfire sawmills now actually have a use.
I have also noticed that both DLC's add a lot of fan-requested content.

Im looking forward to the Solstheim DLC.

Hopefully the Solstheim DLC won't be the last. What I really want is some Aldmeri political intrigue aka the missing "Thalmor/Great War" quest line. I wouldn't mind taking a trip to Orsinium either. I hear they got a holy war going on there too.

Same here. With the track record they've set up so far, Dragonborn should add in a lot of extra content outside the stuff directly related to Solstheim. I can't wait to see what else they've got in store for us

Semantics. Horse armor was also real DLC.

Perhaps the industry start separating DLG (game) and DLC (cash siphon).

Dawnguard wasn't a main dlc for you? It had its own custom locations, armors, weapons and a whole new main quest to enjoy, how was that not good enough for you? I swear Bethesda gives in to the demands of having bigger dlc and people have nothing better to do but still moan and complain about it, if you think you have it so rough try looking at what oblivion offered us back in the day, spell tomes and horse armor, ya those where great dlc...

Dawnguard as quite decent. I loved Shivering Isles quite a bit more because it was a new world and bigger in general. Heartfire and Dawnguard is quite decent for ONE dlc IMO. Heartfire has an epic name since I have my birthday in the month of heartfire. :)

I really have no problem with them taking their time churning the next DLC out. One year anniversary just marks one year of greatness for me. I played Oblivion on and off for 5 years and Morrowind for longer than that. So the more time they take between the DLC's, the more excuses i'll have to keep on playing!

Its been said above, but we should just calm down n wait. Id prefer beth to work hard n take thier time than release something too soon and unfinished.
