No, play some more. Life is too short to waste some precious Skyrim playing time.

Staring at Monitors for long periods of time is not good for your eyes.

Take a break every hour for 10 minutes and let your eyes focus on far away object. Plus, use lubricating eye drops as we tend to blink less playing games than we do otherwise.

That seems so extreme.
Surely simply doing something else with your day will resolve the problem...

My advice to the OP is to try other things, and get away from screens for a while.

But obviously nothing else that could make you go blind as they say ;)

No, a bland videogame is more important than eyesight.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.. or in your case your eyes.

Spoiler
I think hazy eyes is a pretty obvious sign that you need to take a break, I don't think you need our confirmation to understand that?

Take a break for a bit. It can only do you good. Who knows maybe you will want to play the game more after a break or split your sessions a bit, to help your eyes.

I have recently got back into Skyrim after taking a month break. I have been playing Battlefield 3 a lot lately. But, that being said, if you cant see, then its time to take a break I think.

Always sit at least 6 feet from the television and play video games in a well lit room.

I sit like 2 and a half feet away from my setup. And always play in a dark room. Most people say I sit too close, but I like sitting close, its more immersive.

The way you said that, I just visioned you sitting in front of the screen like this:
