Isran says he'll give you one chance to redeem yourself and tells you to talk to the guy in Morthal or Falkreath, i forget. Then u just do the cure vamp mission. I'm gonna choose the soul trap option for now on since i couldnt go back to the soul cairn afterwards. It could be because i cured myself, but i had serana turn me again to get in and it still wouldnt work.
