I had level 2 bend time and I froze time.and chocked a guard but let go before he actually went to sleep. When.I did fail to suppress him he headbutted me as if he was moving in time. All this happened while bend time was on. Is this part of the game Arkane didn't consider or is it just ughh....I don't know.
