Alright i decided that i made some wrong choices with choosing Perks for my Nord character Thorndal...so i decided to restart with a new character. I decided to go with a Orc warrior focusing on 1 handed Sword...block...Heavy armor...Smithing(No Alchemy or Enchantment.) And the rest will come while i play. Any way i placed the power Berserk as a favorite and in one fight i tried to use it but no matter what i tried i could not get the power to work?

Unlike the heal spell it did not replace the Steel Sword when i used the Favorite menu....nor did it do so by using the magic menu? Am i doing something wrong here? Considering that i have seen posts of people using Berserk i doubt it is bugged, so it is weird that i can not seem to get the Berserk Power to work? I never played as an Orc in any of the TES games i played(Daggerfall..Morrowind...Oblivion.) and when i decide to do so this happens?

I am playing Skyrim on PC if some one wants to know.

cast it like you would a shout

Press Z to activate it as you would a shout. Also, you probably know this but it can only be used once a day so make sure you have not already used it.

Ahh so that is how it is done this time, i was so used to it as being used as a spell that i did not thought of it in that manner. Thanks Dingo79 and Orchish.
