I want to create a character who is sneaky and uses a bow most of the time but has some magic that he uses a lot of the time as well. I was thinking a sorceror (as it has teleporting and runes)

Yea, teleporting must use a lot of magica or stamina, the must be squishy, or the other classes must have really strong abilities to match teleporting mage with bow.
