Best Enchantments for Daggers?

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 3:14 am

I have an assassin/archer build and enchant my weapons a lot. I use dual elven daggers currently. I have one with the soul trap enchantment but cant decide what to put on the other one.
Any suggestions?

For a primary I carry the razor from the DS quest, the second is an Elven dagger with +15 frost damage. I also have the one with soul trap buit only use it when needed.

Frost - drains stamina from enemy melee fighters preventing them form power attacking you.

Paralyze - PERFECT off-hand weapon.

Stamina/HP Absorb: Save on pots. Stamina stealing has same effect of Frost but with less damage... however fueling your stamina bar can increase your DPS more then a few points of frost damage (more power attacks). HP Drain is just nice.

Fear/Turn Undead: Good as a swap out weapon.... if you need some room, grab one of these and send those enemies runnin so you can heal up, or pull your bow back out.

Banish: Another good backup weapon to quickly dispatch summons/raised dead when fighting Conjurers.

Honestly, most of the enchantments have their place....

Absorb Health is a good one for when you have to fight openly

Dagger fights should be short and sweet with no chance for the victim to retaliate. Fire damage is a bad choice for daggers i should think. Go with Paralasis or Frost if you already got Soul Trap.
