best looking Crysis : Crysis

Hi guys new to this forum I would like to know - which settings will give the best image quality?

I'm now set to ULTRA on all settings + Patch 1.9+ DX11+high resolution pack.
what setting would you recommend for the Nvidia control panel for best image?
