Why I'm Asking For Help

Hey everyone. For the last 3 days I've been mixing and matching my favorite graphical enhancement mods ranging from ENB's and HD Textures in hope of making a 10 minute visual presentation of me telling of the original tale of "Sleeping Beauty" called "Sun, Moon, and Talia." And I'm not even kidding or exaggerating at all when I say this: ALL &--#62;&--#62;22&--#60;&--#60; of my fellow classmates (Ages 17-19) used Microsoft Powerpoint, and clip art combined with click assisted movement of the clipart to retell the myths that they were assigned, averaging about 5 minutes each. Being relatively sickened by the amount of effort that people in groups of 3+, and me being partnered with only one person, who literally hasn't done ANYTHING on this entire month of classtime project, and the technology I know that these kids have. Keeping in mind that I live in a suburban town with a general family income of 6 figures plus with 4 bedroom houses while my family (With our income in bottom 2% of our county, my parents moved here for the quality of the school system) is currently being sued by two lawyers since we couldn't afford to pay medical bills for my mom on time (She's insured, and I don't want to go into too much detail about her condition, but the copay is in the high $20000's) because we don't have the money, and I'm giving all the money I earn from my minimum wage job to help... I felt that this is not an acceptable way to display visual aid for a project worth about 25% of our final grades. Considering the class average is around a 77 for the project, because the teacher is giving a curve do to the lackluster I think that making forced scenario's in Skyrim using NPC's that I edited to my liking combined with custom HD armor's/clothing and locations and portraying it through screenshots and clips of gameplay video converted into Hi-Res animated PNGs as a visual aid would be mind blowing to the kids and the teacher, landing me a solid grade, that I really need since up until February of this year I was an extreme screw up in school and a junkie. In my opinion, this idea is solidly more effective at portraying a myth retelling rather than Screen-Beans floating around the screen. And after searching around, I have found some mods to aid me in getting the NPC's to slightly co-operate with me. But not NEARLY anything I could work with that doesn't look horrible since their own AI packages make them immediately move after I get them to where I want them, and I don't have the time to create my own custom scripts and mods in the CK which I would usually do since the whole thing is due for me in about 15 hours, and I'd like to sleep a little tonight, in my timezone it's around 5:50PM, (It's due when you present) and I just need to piece together a visual presentation since I already wrote the three essays comparing, contrasting, and concluding the authentication of the modern version of the myth. I also have already laid out in-game all of the locations I shall use, including modded ones I made back when the CK first came out. I just need to get all the extra tools to actually take the shots. I'm probably overlooking really simple things to help me with this, but I've spent 3 days trying to get this to work, and I'm not going to stop now!

What I'm Looking For/ TL;DR:
A way to completely control the NPC(s) (As close to possession as possible, if possible.)
A way to freeze "time" collectively, but retain camera movement, kind of like how the game pauses when you open the console but I want to be able to move my camera so I can get a nice shot, and I have time to position NPC's before they complete their animations.
A way to Freeze/Stun/Paralyze targeted NPC's movement overall, mid-animation if possible. Without any particle effects or shaders like a lot of freeze movement/stun/paralyze spells in mods do.
A way to disable NPC's AI. I think there's a command in the console, I'm going to check as soon as I'm done typing.
Any other useful tools for screen-shotting/

Here's my list of tools/mods I found myself in the last 3 days.

EDIT: Sorry for the essay of material, I'm writing this after I wrote the post since after re-reading what I wrote, I realized I look like I'm a pathetic, depressed, little kid trying to vent. That's not the case at all, in real life I'm a very happy outgoing person. I've just always been an extremely independent, and respect based person throughout my life, and I REALLY REALLY hate asking for help. I've even walked 15 miles to work on a Saturday since my parents had the car we own out and I was too stubborn to ask any of my friends to take me so they didn't have to waste gas. And I feel as if I need to give a detailed reason on why I'm actually asking to justify so. I'm not looking for empathy at all, I'm extremely content with my life so please no outrageous "I feel so horrible" posts. I'm just want to get this project done hahahaha.

I will post the finished product if anyone is interested in it.

Thanks! - Ty.
