As title says, I would like to know 2-3 mods for enhance the women appearance. Face, body and perhaps also better and more tight armors.

Try searching UNP or CBBE for female body mods, most female armours use either one for their body so you'll want one or the other. Better females by Bella is also a good mod for making female faces nicer. There is a hair mod I use but I forget its name, just search hair mod in nexus and you'll find one.
