Breton women have always been the most attractive to me. It is what I pick for my Courtesan character, Bethra.

nord, imperial or breton would be my guess. If your on the PC, use some beautification/vampire mods. I know there are some good ones out there.

wood elves are the sixiest and most permiscuous when it comes to interracial / human to elf relations. where as it seem other elves are more prudish and aren't usually willing to coppulate with humans.

Go for either a Nord or Breton. I have two female vampire lord characters Im playing right now who unfortunately lost their beauty after receiving the gift, BUT, one is married to Jordis and the other is married to Mjoll. Jordis and Mjoll BOTH look AMAZING after I turned them into vampires. Try creating a character who looks like eitiher of them and see what happens.

You can make an extremely seductive Altmer female. Especially since they specialize in illusion.
