Well, surely most of the people knew this, but I am not some epic historian, and this made me lol. Looks like two of them might be related in pararel universe, but I didn't realize Cicero was a milkdrinker too :D

You could even make the connection that the Vampire Lord form was inspired by Marcus from Underworld.
Now this leads me to believe that Tullius and Cicero are the SONS of Coldharbour, in secret. (Cicero is Tullius' bastard nephew or something)
Now the moment the Imperials take power of Skyrim, under Tullius' lead, Cicero will be forced to join the Legion. During the Imperial take over, a batallion will be sent to Castle Volkihar. Cicero will lead it, and on entry will discover the Vampires. His Vampire blood will activate, releasing Molag Bal himself into the world.
