Best Use of Vampire Lord

Post » Mon Nov 19, 2012 1:56 am

I find that Deimos has always had trouble with Falmer, but not any more.

Vampire lord v.s. Falmer; Vampire Lord wins all the time. I no longer have that much trouble with them when I'm Vampire Lord.

On another topic, my favorite perk is Detect Creatures because it's like Bat sonar...really really cool.

Vampire lord is best to use against just about everything. It's awesome.
The vampire grip can turn any fight into a winning battle.
Also, I never even need to use a horse anymore, the VL can fly pretty fast.

Can VL climb mountains? I just used Arvak and other horses to defy physics because of how difficult mountain climbing is as a human being.

Hmm, true. The bats power might work, but for mountains it's best to stick with a horse. Physics just do not apply to them.

The only thing that beats Vampire Lord:

-Mountain Climbing

-Tight corridors

Right now I'm in this cave area, that is like a test or something, and even though Vampire Lord kicks Falmer butt it's very hard to kick Falmer butt in these tight corners. But it's sacrifice a little squeezing around with my wings or dying as a human being and having to do this over and over again, lol.

Vampire lords are cool, but against stuff like Dwarven machines or dragons, they svck. The blood drain cant take down everything. And they get stuck in door ways. Hopefully, bethesda will expand and fix some of these. Oh and werewolfs are very over powered now if you get all perks :)

Yeah it's pretty sad that I cannot fight against dwarven machines as a vampire lord. All though I have slashed them down and it worked before.

Hell yea. Shadowmere died on me and didn't respawn. I think it's because I started the quest to go kick cicero's ass (which is the quest you get shadowmere on) and didn't finish it before Shadowmere died. In any case, I'm so happy to have Arvak because now I can climb mountains again!

Haha Agreed. And there's really no armor you can wear that looks cool and matches when you're riding him. His bones should be black like Bonemen. I get the whole purplish-blue thing because he's summoned and his flame tail and mane could be like that but his bones should be black. Period.

Anybody else notice the click noise that he makes when running? It's like his bones are clacking together as he runs.

I know and he's an undead horse, 'n yet I feel like there is some form of animal abuse going on.

Vampire lord is all right. All in all it wasn't very impressive. However.

want to see a vamp lord vs a werewolf although vamp have superior magic skills obviously but in melee the werewolf is more powerful it would be difficult but all the werewolf would have to do is use the power attack and knock over go to town and plus can call more werewolves for backup would be a great fight

Vampire Grip? Hurtle werewolf across cliff, rofl.

Already hurdled a troll. I'm sure a werewolf is no problem.

hahahaha true but a group for a distraction and then get jumped plus the werewolf melee gets even stronger when you upgrade the vl would def be more than a match but maybe just maybe the wolves could pull through

Oh? How do they compare to a warrior decked out in oversmithed weapons and armor?

It's gotta be a big weapon.

So I should probably stick with my 631 damage Warhammer, then? =/

Was hoping Werewolf would at least be a viable/fun alternative.

Edit: Have any changes been made so that the werewolf can have survivability comparable to someone at the armor cap?

631 damage per hit is overkill. At that point everything in the game is less viable compared to that nuke you have in your hands.

Wait so you're saying that the very few weaknesses that VL have should be removed?
