yes its still focus tests. Up for a bit test some aspects of the game. then down again for some changes and internal testing.

We are in a pool of over 3 million beta applicants, chances are very slim before open beta.

Actually a developer from ZOS showed up in a thread recently to debunk this rumor.

They have not done European specific server tests, but there are Europeans playing on the American server in the Beta (according to the developer.)

They've said like 3 times in very recent history (like within the last month) that there are EU testers.

I tried to sign up for beta but kept getting an error message when trying to confirm my email by clicking the link. I have so many questions about the game that could be answered by being able to play the beta.

I just got the invite and signed up. Haven't played any bethesda game in months, so I'm being pulled back into it.

Not everyone gets invited to every test.

I literally just checked my e-mail because I was getting writer's block and thought "hey maybe I got an invite."

And I did!

Just checked my e-mail again (for the thousandth time today ) and Found a invite in my Spam folder. YAY!!!!!

Oh I got a beta key all right. Too bad I get a really cool error message saying I am unable to redeem the code due to the [censored] privacy policy or something every time I try.

Sent a ticket to support. They give me the generic steps I've already tried, I send a message back right away, no response. Since it's not the 22nd yet, I'm of course willing to wait, but if it takes them longer then this was a wasted invite.

I hope they are not sending one every 5 munites

Jeez I must have applied for one - way back in February or as soon as it was announced. Far as I knew they had already been doing beta testing and rejected me. They definitely wanted to know what I could bring. I told them of two games I'd beta tested and work with testing mods.

The thing about beta testing though (at least from experience) is that really you can't expect totally smooth, bug free game play.
