Didn't this website and gamespot say that early signups on this website would be getting into a pc beta? The hell was all that about??

I guess it's reversed now. PC and PS3 got MOH beta(lol crap beta) before 360 now 360 will get it first and PC,PS3 last.

PC and PS# also got the BFBC2 beta while 360 never got it.

That has comforted me slightly, however why is it always "Maybe?" Can we almost never get a definite answer around here?

I have been watching a lot of CryEngine 3 videos, and something they were really emphasizing is the ability to develop SIMULTANEOUSLY on all 3 platforms.

If that means what I think it does, then they could EASILY release a beta for all of them at the same time.

Obviously no one knows, but as a guess can anyone speculate on the ways one might get in on the closed beta?

I've been on tons of Betas, but it always seems to be so hit and miss. I've even worked for EA before in Q&A and its still random as to what Betas I get into or not.

What I am saying here is that we have announced the Beta for the Xbox360 and there is a possibility of having other Betas. I'm 95% sure we did not state in the 'gamesas Early Sign up for Beta Spot' was going to be for PC.

Thank you lots for the heads up Lee. Its still annoying that Xbox360 is still getting all the attention, but after all its EA decision and its not anything you guys can do about it.

And you are right, the Beta Sign Up Benefit was not related to any specific platform. Im kind of wondering why the Xbox360 is getting a beta so early? The game would still be 4-5 months away by the time a beta for them comes out, that seems like a very long time. Are you guys planning on the same strategy as Battlefield: Bad Company 2, where the consoles get beta in the fall and PC a month before (i suggest you dont, BC2 is riddled with bugs and the hit box is still garbage). Probably wont get an answer to that, but its still nice to know that you guys arent ruling out the possibility of other beta's closer to launch. Have fun at Gamescom!

Exactly. So the beta will be on all platforms. Just on the Xbox first.

Well this is very good news. Maybe the PC version will have some exclusive content because xbox gets to go first

lol, as a 360 gamer ill take that deal!

Being the cynical bastard I am, I'm placing my bets on the beta being placed near the release date (like a month before) or offered as some exclusive (such as a preorder)

Xbox probably got the beta first because Microsoft pays a lot for exclusives for their platform

I'm tired of this beta stuff, just wait for the official release of the game.
