Check your spam folder. It gets put into there. Or you can try to disable your ad blocker...if it is active.

do you use Gmail by any chance? try making a hotmail account and trying again or ehm....add... noreply@zenimaxonline.com to your contacts

Well, it's something going wrong - either try another browser, or check your spam folder.

Since you can't check Facebook for yourself:

We are aware that some people have still not received their beta sign-up confirmation email after successfully submitting an ESO beta application. We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating it. We will provide an update about it by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, January 28th.

As a reminder, we are not sending out beta invitations yet. When we do, we'll make an announcement about it on our website, here on Facebook, and our other ESO social media pages so that everyone knows to keep an eye on their email.

I fill out a form and told me to register the beta after 48 hours they will return by mail no loopback forward, but I do not have to wait for 3 4 days everything will be alright tomorrow morning?
