Bethesda can't send proper copies of the game to the right C : Othor Games

Been dealing with Steam since release day because Bethesda doesn't reply to support tickets. Was unable to activate the Anarchy Edition extras or the Sewers DLC in my country Canada. Why??? Turns out they sent copies meant for Latin America to Canada so I'm stuck with a copy I can't activate. Good Job.

P.S.

Yes i know some people are gonna say what ever due to the other issues. But I fortunately I didn't have those issues with what I could play. Just Pi$$ed off.
