Bethesda is losing their integrity

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 1:11 am

I hurts me to compare Bethesda to Bioware, but every day it seems more transparent that Bethesda has become sold-out. For a little extra cash these great gaming companies have sold their integrity and do what they are told by these giant souless corporations.

M$ is [censored] your baby Bethesda, and we all have lost respect for you because of this. You're job is to protect your baby make sure it grows over the years and matures into something more beautiful than it was before.

Right now you are producing the work that 5 unemployed modders in their mother's basemant can produce. Stop retarding yourself because this giant monster of a company is telling you to. In the end you're going to be absorbed into M$ and everything you worked for and built your lively hood, reputation, and name in this industry is going to be turned into an Iphone app.

Thank you, I feel better now.

Well at the end of the day its business microsoft offered bethesda money and they took it, the money must of been enough where bethesda don't mind losing some ps3 and PC sales. I personally don't like it but what can you do?

I see nothing wrong with what he posted. There is no news. That's it. But what everyone else seems to know a lot of others are crying for something. So, there it is. Gstaff gave you news of no news. Isn't that what a lot of you have been complaining for? Is news? Gstaff answered your questions and told you that there isn't anything new. It's been common knowledge for a while that it hasn't been announced and until it's announced there is no news to announce.

My head hurts. I'm going to take Advil.

And it only took you 7 days.

Honestly, I posted this much more for myself than than anything else. I think anyone who makes one of these threads is probably doing the same; there's going to be a lot more of these.

Dude wtf Todd Howard has been the project director for years now, it lost it long ago.

That a DLC was delayed, I don't really see the big deal, especially considering the bug reports for it.

Actually, I've been watching these forums for a long time. Just never bothered to create an actual serious account. This wasn't meant to be a serious account neither, but then i started caring.

I'm used to other consoles (PC/PS3) getting the shaft because of the Xbox. That's all.

LOL! You could interpret that censored bar for a lot of horrible things. Rest assured that I used a word that is far less disgusting than you are probably thinking.

The 1.0 version of the DLC havent been released, its just second phase of beta testing with the difference you have to pay to participate in it

nice. but that's a little too complicated for a beth game. where would they put the quest marker?

to say beth is losing integrity is to imply they once had integrity. i'm not sure the latter has ever been established.

This is never going to end. How very depressing. People all think they know exactly what's going on, but all it really is, is just their inability to see beyond their own impatience.

Ugh.

I think that the microsoft deal was a horrible mistake for them. And not just because I'm a bitter PS3 user. It has caused some serious damage to their customer relations, they would have been better off without this deal.
