I think we can all agree that there must be a large portion of workers involved with this game that are obviously not competent at thier jobs. Lets take a look at an anology:

Imagine any other type of company, lets say a computor company based in the US but with branches all over the world just for comparison.This company releases a new type of computor in Asia, Europe and the US. Every costumer in all parts of these areas pay an equal amount of money for this computor, which has some kinks and bugs but no major problems. After a while the company decides to release a hardware update that allows for better graphics and fixes these minor bugs, thus making the computor superior to the original version released. The update costs some money but almost every owner of the orinal computor wants to pay this price because of the obvious benefits.

Now for some reason the asian branch of this company cant figure out how to implement this update for the costumers in thier region. The public outrage is huge, ofcourse the asian countries feel cheated and demand the same product that the rest of the buyers enjoy.

How do you think that the main office the US would deal with this, would they sit back quietly and watch 1/3 of thier costumers become angrier and angrier untill they just give up and decide not to purchase computors from that company ever again?

No, the main office would fire and replace the workers/bosses in the asian offices becuase of incompetence and inability to do thier jobs. They would argue that the bottom line is money, and how do you make money? by ensuring an equally good service to all your costumers and thus ensuring repeat business!

I dont understand how the management at bethesda cant see the problems here and step in to solve the situation by hiring more competent staff.
